Insight Premium unlocks the live win probability predictor, stat predictor with agent and map filters, and personalized weekly reports powered by AI. Premium is available for $5.99/month on iOS or $4.99/month on web.
If you subscribed through the App Store, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone and cancel from there. If you subscribed through our website, go to your account settings and cancel under the Billing section. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Insight Points are our in-app engagement currency. You earn points by making correct predictions — the more unlikely your prediction, the more points you earn. Points appear on our community leaderboard. Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
Our predictions and win probability are generated for entertainment purposes only and are not guaranteed. They are based on live match data and statistical models but should not be used for any financial or wagering decisions.
You can request account deletion from within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email us at support@insightesportsapp.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
First try closing and reopening the app. If data still isn't loading, check your internet connection and make sure you're on the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, use the bug report form below and we'll look into it.
